BLUE MORNING St. Patrick's Day Concert Raises Funds for CCAC and Energizes the Community

This past Friday night Lock Haven got a kick start to Spring with a special concert brought to the community by the partnership of the Clinton County Arts Council and Schlesinger Communications. BLUE MORNING, the great Foreigner tribute band from Warren, PA rocked the Roxy theater to the delight of an appreciative audience! A portion of the proceeds support the CCAC, but also our scholarship for the arts, the CCAC/Jeff Gummo Scholarship for the Arts.

Our organization will be awarding our first scholarship this year!
